Our stay was a mixed bag. The penthouse suite was spacious, but the hotel had notable issues like a lack of proper amenities and cleanliness. The welcoming front desk staff was a highlight, but the overall experience fell short due to the condition of the facilities. The hotel's location near Times Square was a definite plus, but we wouldn't return due to the negatives we encountered.
